Mrs. Baluyot is married to Atty. Manuel Baluyot. She is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Philippine Gift of Life and a member of the Roatry Club of Tagbilaran. She has been responsible for the success of surgical operations of 550 indigent heart patients at the Gift of Life affiliate hospitals in USA, Canda, and Tawian and in Manila and during heart surgical missions held in Tagbilaran. She also worked hard for the success of indigent patients operations coming not only from Bohol but also from Lanao del Norte, Biliran, Layte, Camarines Sur, Oroquieta City, Ozamis City, Capiz, Navotas and Paranaque Cities of Rizal, Ifugao, Manila, Cebu and Samar during outreach surgical missions conducted by a team from the Philippine Academy of Medical Arts and visiting-missionary surgeons from USA, Australia, Canada, and Russia. With her Mama, Make Me Healthy Program, she distributed prenatal vitamin supplements to pregnant and lactating mothers and with the Medicla missions she spearheaded thousands of beneficiaries who were afforded with free health chek up and consultation, tooth extraction, among others.
