Engr. Peublos is married to Rosalinda Pueblos. He is a licensed Geodetic Engineer and landed 8th place in the board exam. He finished his bachelor degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Bohol and was in the 11th place in the board exam. He was involved in voluntary assistance in the execution and construction of the development projects in Bohol.
He donated Civil Engineering books to PICE Bohol Research Center which is now in BISU Technical library. He was also one of the resource speaker in the technical session about earthquake engineering of The PICE-Bohol Chapter. While he was in the Department of Public Works in Los Angeles, California, he was involved in the processing, checking and approval of building and public works for development projects, execution and supervision of construction projects.
