A scholar from Mapua State University, he graduated with flying colors as a Chemical Engineer. He was an overall Factory Manager of Nestle’s Kejayan Factory which is the biggest Nestle Powdered Milk Plant in the world. Through his experience, he organized holy masses and prayer groups in Nestle Philippines. He was active in visiting orphanages and soliciting funds for the needy. He also introduced and educated the people regarding hygiene and proper nutrition and provided drinking water to squatters near the factories.

As a Senior Vice President for Technical Divisions in Nestle Philippines, he was exposed and trained in different countries. Many of his townmates were able to find jobs with Nestle and with other industries around which helped improve their qualities of life. Engr. Art Enerio is indeed an achiever, truly an inspiration to many and the living proof that “poverty is not a hindrance to success”.
