She was a New York based nurse-turned-farmer. As a proprietor of Bohol Bee Farm in Dauis, her passion for organic farming and culinary arts prompted her to explore opportunities that gained impact in the lives of local farm producers resulting to a productive and gainful Boholano farming communities. Some of her 225 workers were given opportunity to continue studying thru scholarships which she provides. She encourages local folks to produce organically-grown crops and create handicrafts made of indigenous materials.

With her unique and authentic farm life experience, she acts as a mother bee by providing jobs to the community. Now, Bohol Bee Farm is a blessing not just to her family but to the whole province of Bohol, attracting tourists to branch out other possibilities and entrepreneurial opportunities.
